These payments are then disregarded when determining CalWORKs eligibility and/or grant amounts. WebDistributing Support in CalWORKs Cases. If the custodial party is receiving CalWORKs benefits, child support payments of up to $100 for one child and $200 for two or more children will be sent to the custodial party, anything in excess of those amounts will go toward paying back the county, state and federal governments for CalWORKs payments.
