WebI am a right handed person who has played a lot of throwing sports, and have shoulder pain as a result. In my right shoulder I am experiencing pain and a loud clunk noise when I move my scapula into full retraction or if I tilt anteriorly. The pain is mostly underneath the inferior angle but is also in my levator scap on the right side.
