Would it be technically superior if I replace them with a bunch parallel metal film or metal oxide resistor? With the later I don't even need to parallel them since they come in high enough power rating. WebI THINK PE groups their XO (crossover) components together, meaning relatively low voltage caps (CERTAINLY under 100v) and fairly high wattage resistors, i.e. 5w, 10w, or possibly even higher (so, no 1/4w or 1/2w or 1watters).
