WebJun 1, 2024 · F-100 is fine at 9.7 IMO. It's not that dangerous and you can missile it with relative ease, or at least force it to turn and get guns on him. It's a manageable plane for the 9.0-9.3 aircrafts. F-104 on the other hand is ridiculously overpowered. There's nothing you can do against it with a 8.7/9.3 aircraft. WebThe A is cheaper across the board, has better SL earnings, and due to its light weight is somewhat more agile. The C gets a higher thrust-to-weight and an RWR. Considering thrust-to-weight is not a problem for any Starfighter, I don't feel as though the RWR is a big enough benefit considering the other bonuses the A has. Stick with the first one.
