Web2 days ago · After searching it I was directed to checking the 'Keep Slides Updated' option in the 'Slide Show' tab. It was greyed out and unavailble for me to check the box. After much research (nothing on the internet) and messing around I found out that the problem was my PowerPoint was saved on my desktop and the Excel file on a shared drive. http://www.pptalchemy.co.uk/PowerPoint_Group_Gray_Grey.html
