Web25 dec. 2024 · I just purchased a new iMAC and cannot get it to recognize the scanner in my multipurpose device. It is wirelessly connected and prints fine. I downloaded the relevant HP driver and Easy Scan. When I do into iMAC system preferences, there is recognition of the device but not the scanner component.
