You're going to deal with the manufacturer directly on this. They can either replace that handle, or you know, the whole cover if they have to. But it's going to be their call on this one. While I know Retrax is not water tight and will never be, I've read several posts from other Tundra owners saying their Retrax is doing a great job of keeping water out.
