Webb26 nov. 2015 · It states my old car was parked in a civil owned carpark (parking eye) for 30 mins on 13th of Nov at 14:23pm. The new owner got the ticket on the same day of the sale. I am worried the parking company won't accept my appeal. I can prove the car changed hands that day I even have a receipt but I can't prove the time it changed hands.
